4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

4.1  All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price at the time of order placement.

4.2  An order is legally placed and accepted when full payment is received and you receive an order confirmation email from Niraam Crystals. A confirmation email serves as acceptance of your offer to purchase.

4.3  We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason, including pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund of any amount paid will be processed within 7 business days.

4.4  Payment is processed via secure third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the relevant payment processor. Niraam Crystals does not store your card details on our servers.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
