Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Niraam Crystals, we take pride in hand-selecting, cleansing, and carefully packing every crystal with intention and care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Nature of Our Products — Important Acknowledgement

All crystals are natural, earth-formed stones. As such, they will contain natural variations, inclusions, internal fractures, colour differences, and surface markings. These are inherent characteristics of natural gemstones and are not manufacturing defects. Product photographs are representative; the exact stone you receive may differ slightly in colour, pattern, or size. Where possible, we will provide actual photographs of the specific piece upon request before purchase.

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at NO CHARGE within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us immediately at niraamcrystals@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line “ORDER CANCELLATION.” Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and the return/refund process below applies.

3. Returns — When We Accept Them

We accept return or replacement requests ONLY in the following specific circumstances:

• Transit Damage: Your crystal arrives broken, cracked beyond natural inclusions, or structurally damaged due to packaging or courier mishandling.
• Wrong Item Received: You receive a crystal that is a different stone, size, or type from what you ordered.
• Item Not Received: Your order is confirmed as officially lost (not merely delayed) by the courier, with tracking confirmation of non-delivery.

We do NOT accept returns for the following reasons:

• Change of mind or personal preference after dispatch.
• Dissatisfaction with the energetic or spiritual experience of the crystal.
• Minor natural variations in colour, size, pattern, or surface texture consistent with the nature of natural stone.
• Incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

4. How to Report a Return-Eligible Issue

If your order falls within the accepted return categories above, you MUST contact us within 72 hours of delivery confirmation (as per courier tracking). Beyond 72 hours, we cannot process claims as we are unable to independently verify courier handling.

To initiate a return claim, email niraamcrystals@gmail.com with ALL of the following:

• Your full name and order number.
• Clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect item from multiple angles.
• Clear photographs of the outer packaging as received, including any visible damage.
• A brief written description of the issue.

Incomplete submissions will not be processed. Once we verify your claim (typically within 3–5 business days), we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

• Replacement: We dispatch a replacement item of equal value (subject to availability).
• Store Credit: Credit of the item value added to your account for use on future purchases.
• Refund: A refund to your original payment method, processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Shipping and handling charges (except where the entire order is lost or wrongly sent).
• Custom-order or personalised crystal items.
• Digital products or downloadable content.
• Items purchased during final clearance sales (clearly marked at time of purchase).

6. Returning the Item

If a physical return is required (as instructed by us), items must be returned in original packaging within 7 days of our return approval notification. The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item dispatched). Items returned without prior written approval from Niraam Crystals will not be accepted.

7. Acknowledgement of Policy

By completing a purchase on niraamcrystals.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy. You confirm that you understand the natural nature of crystal products and the limitations of this policy as described.

8. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you hold under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation. These policies operate within, and do not override, your statutory rights as a consumer.
