1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of receiving full payment.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details (where applicable).
  • We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India and offer international shipping to select countries. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and size of the parcel.
  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (as mentioned in our promotions or banners).

4. Delivery Time

  • Domestic orders (India): Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch.
  • International orders: Estimated delivery time is 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delays with courier partners or natural events.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email or SMS. You can use it to track the shipment on the courier provider’s website.

All crystals are:

  • Packed securely in eco-friendly and protective materials
  • Shipped with care and a personal touch

We do our best to make sure your crystal arrives in perfect condition and ready for your use.

7. Customs & Import Duties (for International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their respective countries. These charges are not included in your order total.

8. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping will be charged additionally.

9. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the delicate and energetic nature of crystals, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order has been shipped. Kindly read our Return Policy for more details.
