• All sales are final. Due to the energetic nature of crystals, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is shipped.
• Crystals are naturally formed, which means they may carry natural imperfections, inclusions, or asymmetry. These characteristics are part of their beauty and power. While they may not always be “aesthetically perfect,” they are authentic and hold the energy intended to assist you on your journey.
• If you’re unsure, we encourage you to reach out before placing your order. We’re happy to send real photos or videos of the exact piece you’ll receive.

In Case of Damage During Transit

If your crystal arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at niraamcrystals@gmail.com, with your order number and photos of the package and item. We’ll do our best to make it right.
